Look Up (when feeling down or stuck) : 30 Minute Yoga Flow: Beginner/Intermediate Movement Based Flow

This yoga flow is a 30 minute beginner/intermediate yoga flow that incorporates steady movement between poses with some guided meditations around focusing attention upwards on the sky. Our weekly Yoga Classes offer 2 new yoga flows a week, kid’s yoga, and special occasion yoga sessions!

Trauma Training Takeaway: As with any yoga practice, listen to your body as you move and practice. Honor what your body needs when it comes to poses and breath work. Feel free to hold poses, skip poses, and add poses as your body guides you to do. Movement is so healing for the body, but you are in control of that healing and in the way your body needs to move to heal.

Yoga aligns with the work of social justice and liberation. As this practice guides you to notice the way we are all connected under one atmosphere, center your attention around those who are suffering. You can use these moments for prayer or for meditation.
