Trauma Training Takeaways: Having positive people that you have relationships with can be one the best ways to mitigate the impacts of trauma in individual’s life. Positive relationships begin by finding common connections, shared interests, and similar lived-experiences with others. These questions are designed to help individuals break the ice, get to know one another, and create meaningful connections with one another. You never know how the answer to one of these questions may lead to a friendship or relationship that can help people heal from past trauma and/or support them in future difficult circumstances.
