Trauma Training Takeaway: Empathy is an incredibly important practice and healing experience for trauma survivors. Oftentimes, survivors struggle with feeling incredibly alone or feeling dismissed in the emotions and trauma symptoms caused by their experiences. Empathy can often serve as a bridge to building a connection and helping to support healing.
